Position: DESIGN ENGINEER.

Job Profile:

To design and develop transmission systems as per client requirement.

Reviewing customer PO, Inline with RFQ consideration and develop the transmission system as per the customer requirement.

Technical documentation of customer inputs, product design standards and customer approval details.

Prepare layout, principal dimensions drawing to match overall functional dimensions according to customer requirement space constraint and drawing checking.

Calculating bearing life, shaft strength and gear rating using KISSSOFT calculation software.

Analyzing and optimizing the transmission system for cost effectiveness.

Standardization of components to avoid new drawing creations.

Develop gear boxes for one to one replacement of competitor gear boxes and also ensure failure cases if any.

GA and Casting drawing drawn in 2D & 3D.

Preparation of part model and assembly of gear boxes using solid works.

Execution of entire components and assembly drawing drawn.

Plane and gave advance material authorization(AMA) for procurement of components that takes longer lead time to avoid in delivery of the product.
