My almost four years of experience as HSE Officer with DAELIM and Descon Engineering Limited in hydro power project, Oil & gas, refineries, power plant and fertilizer sector has broadened my understanding and enhanced my skills in conducting risk assessment programs as well as developing risk mitigating methods. Current Role & Responsibilities

Prevention of injury to personnel and damage to plant and equipment.

Further improvement in existing sound working methods.

Developing safe methods of working arising for new developments/activity.

Carrying out hazard identification and risk assessment, in association with the Construction Manager, Supervisor to decide on the best safe methods of working are in operation; that all regulations are being observed.

Determining the cause of any accident or dangerous occurrence and recommends means of preventing recurrence.

Supervising the recording and analysis of information on injuries, damage and loss, analyse accident trends and review overall safety performances.

Providing training to all levels of employees on safety issues.

Promoting awareness of injury prevention and damage control to all levels of employees

Conducting the health and safety programs such as weekly training, weekly toolbox talks, weekly machinery inspection, weekly walkabout etc.

Reporting of all Unsafe Acts/Conditions and Near Misses and ensure the implementation of the programmed safety pep talks, safety meetings and safety audits to my department and take part in accident investigation according to the system in place.

Ensure HSE compliance on site by monitoring different activities.
