Built a client relationship: To understand and be able to help the client it is essential to create a peaceful relation. In my previous experiences, I always tried to develop a personal relationship with each customer by doing small talk and understanding the client issues by putting myself in the client’s place.

Multitask: As a call center agent, I always had to speak with the client as the same time that I was writing notes on the computer about his issues and learn about his background.
