Responsible for Predictive, Preventive as well as Breakdown maintenance of running equipment of plant Belt Conveyors Grab, Stacker reclamer, Ship Unloader Crane, and Wagon silos .

Prepare Shift Report & Maintain shift document.

Carry out Scheduled Preventive Maintenance as per SAP(pm modual).

Shut down & lubrication planning.

Breakdown analysis.

Planning for proposed modification work & execution.

PM activities audit of Conveyors and crane

Material procurement- monitoring material consumption and timely create material PR

Also physically quality inspection of new material and weekly store visit and check balance material.

Prepared yearly material procurement and consumption sheet.

Prepared yearly budget sheet of section

Contractor- Daily meeting/discussion with sub contractor for operation and maintenance activities, availability of equipment

In SAP system-

Create PR for required and planning material,

Create Work order for breakdown and PM activities

Checked breakdown and Preventive maintenance work order and close day to day,

Safety-Create Work Permit of Isolation,Hot work,Height work,Excavation,Submit report of Nearmiss, Unsafe act/Condition, Incident, Accident

Prepare documents of IMS Audit-(Integrate management system)-

Daily attend Safety mass meeting, Tool box talk, awareness programme
