November 2002 – Present:

EDS/HPE/DXC – Plano Technical Resource Center (DXC IT Developer III):

Technical Functional Area Lead – Management and Administrative Reporting (MAR) Subsystem:

oLead teams of as many as 10 Systems Engineers in all phases of the Development Life Cycle.

oPerform all development phases as a C/Unix/Oracle programmer.

oCreate implementation schedules and monitor adherence to schedules.

oTeach teams of Systems Engineers in informal classes (technical tools and estimating).

oGuided teams of offshore System Engineers in India, though batch programming assignments. Taught informal technical classes via phone/Skype when necessary.

oLead technical interviews on prospective employees.

oEstablished and enforced programming and development process standards.

April 1999 – October 2002:

Developed formal Content Management offering, including the evaluation of tools and the development of sales tools and process documents.

July 1996 – March 1999:

Provided the lead technical role for the development and maintenance of the Diversified Financial Services (DFS) Intranet Web site and the Web sites for nine divisions within DFS using HTML, Microsoft FrontPage, and some CGI with PERL in a Unix environment. Led the effort to establish DFS Intranet Web standards.

Completed a six–week TDY in Sydney, Australia, training Systems Engineers in the Mortgage Servicing System, a CRES mainframe system.

February 1994 – July 1996:

EDS – Credit and Real Estate Services Division, Plano, Texas (Systems Engineer):

Developed and maintained mainframe application systems that support our domestic and international mortgage industry customers. PACBASE, COBOL, MVS JCL, and EDS Utilities were the primary tools.

Assisted with the development and delivery of a three–week technical training course for new Systems Engineers. Taught four classes, totaling 36 Systems Engineers.

October 1991 – February 1994:

EDS – Technical Development, Plano, Texas (Technical Training Supervisor):

Supervised teams of Training Specialists in the development of the new Business Training curriculum and the new ICASE Using INCASE Technical Training curriculum.

1985 – 1991:

EDS – Delco Products Account, Rochester, New York (Systems Engineering Supervisor (1989 – 1991)):

Supervised the account's Development Group, leading four Systems Engineers, three SED Phase I's, and three contract programmers.

Supervised the analysis, development, and implementation of systems that supported our customer, a General Motors electrical components plant.

Supervised the creation of system proposals and quotations.
