Performed a mixture of Bench Repair, Line and Avionics Installs on General Aircraft and

Equipment. Bench duties include Troubleshooting and Repair of Bendix KT 76/77 and Garmin

GTX 327/330 transponders using the ATC 1200y3 Bench and the IFR 6000 Ramp Testers.

In addition, have used the NAV 750 and the IFR 402 Testers for repair on the Bendix KY 96/97

and the KA155/165 Nav/Comm units.

Performed avionics upgrades on a variety of GA aircraft, such as, the Cessna172/182/310, the

Beechcraft Bonanza and Baron, and the TBM 700 Turboprop. Typical upgrades were the

installation of a Garmin GNS 530W(Nav/Comm), the GTN 750 MFD, the GDU 620 PFD, the

GTX 33/330 Transponders.

Worked Line/Hangar maintenance where duties included the routine replacement and servicing of

MLG / NLG Tires, Brakes, Struts and related components on CRJ 700/ 900's.

Other duties include servicing system Hydraulic Reservoirs and Accumulators, H-Stab Gearbox.

Using MDC Fault menus troubleshot and replaced Electrical components for systems, such as,

Avionics Cooling Fans, Bleed Duct Electro-Pneumatic Valves, Pressure/ Temp/ Flow Sensors,

Fenwal Components, Pitot-Static and De-Ice Vanes, and LG & Door Harnesses

Test Electrician

Responsibilities were the installation and testing of Power and Communication Ethernet and Fiber Optic Cabling and Equipment aboard Carriers and Submarines.

Resistive Testing of Motor Generator Sets, Calibration of Capacitive Fluid Level Probes, and Installation and Testing of the Portable Missile Tube Lift System.

Obtained Radcon and Nuclear Worker Certifications.

Responsibilities were the installation and testing of Lighting and Power Equipment and Cabling aboard new construction Naval Carriers.

Instrumentation Technician

Gained Training and Maintenance experience on the GD-X1/X2 and Folke 350 Cigarette Packers, Hauni Protos I & II Cigarette Makers and the Folke 465/485 Casepackers.

Maintenance included the troubleshooting and repair to the component level on electronic circuit cards, calibration of various sensors, and overhaul of mechanical sub-assemblies.

Additional duties included Pitot/Static Systems checks with Barfield tester, Nav/Comm and

Transponder checks with the IFR Test sets.
