Job Descriptions & responsibilities:

Leading a team of five instrument technicians

Collect the Work order from SAP and inspect the scope of work and give pre-engineering to the Technicians

Reporting periodically to instrument superintendent; preparing PM and CM reports.

Planning required upgradation for instruments to achieve production quality and cost minimizing.

Troubleshooting the totally integrated automation TIA from Siemens (DCS PCS7 v6.0 + PLC simatic S7 400 + SCADA WINCC) software and hardware.

Troubleshooting of redundant Profibus communication between 30 RTUs and the control room; comprising of 2 pair hot/standby controllers and pair of dual redundant scada servers.

Installation, loop checking, calibration and maintenance of all types of field instruments

Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic control valves and positioners (like ABB, Flowserve Logix510i series…) and pneumatic actuator and valves ( like Bray)

Maintenance and calibration of different analyzers like Conductivity, Chlorine, PH, SDI,Redox, Turbidity, and Oil analyzer etc.

Installation, commissioning and Maintenance of different type of flowmeters (electromagnetic, turbine, ultrasonic) of ABB, Krohne, GF+ etc.
