Castleton University – Head Coach August 2018 – Present
As Head Coach, I am responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of an NCAA Hockey program, including recruiting, fundraising, on and off ice evaluating, and managing a staff of three assistants coaches and student mangers. Designed, implemented, and executed recruiting plan to roster a full team of 25 NCAA student-athletes in a two year span. Was awarded 2019-20 NEHC Coach Of The Year by my peers and colleagues. Maintained an annual budget to support team travel, recruiting trips, and equipment. Organized and ran team study halls to ensure all student-athletes were succeeding in the classroom and maintaining a respectable grade point average.
Union College – Assistant Coach July 2017 – August 2018
Assisted the Head Coach in planning and executing daily practices, recruiting, game strategies, pre-scouting opponents and player development for a Division I NCAA program. Tracked and maintained individual season statistics designed to enhance player development. Responsible for all team travel arrangements.
Morrisville State College – Assistant Coach October 2016 – July 2017
As the Assistant Coach and Recruitment Coordinator, I was responsible for executing a plan that included identifying, evaluating, and recruiting prospective student-athletes for an NCAA roster. Recruited a total of 16 student-athletes for the 2016-17 and 2017-18 season that culminated in our program winning the 2016-17 Colonial Hockey Conference championship.

As the Account Manager, I was responsible for managing and outsourcing landscaping accounts for national corporations such as Lowes, Iron Mountain, and Dollar General. Established an effective follow up dates to complete work orders at locations across the country. Consistently developing relationships with clients that were mutually beneficial to both parties.
