o To manage workers, motivating them to complete projects on schedule. o To ensure that the crew complies with site rules and regulations while monitoring their work quality. Scheduling & supervision of day to day site activities. o To collaborate with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project proceed as planned.

o To read blueprints and construction plans, maintain equipment and manage paperwork. o Also work on the project site alongside the crew. o To manage and commence scaffolding work if required. o To manage & commence Carpenter/Shuttering work as per the site situation. o To manage & commence masonry work as per the site requirement. o To distribute manpower to all charge hands and supervise the work as per the site engineer/supervisor directions
