Receiving all staff’s transactions after their duty making sure all Card and Cash Transactions was correct and tally in their Employee report. At the end of the day I need to count all the money I received and to be deposited by tomorrow. Counting all the important things inside the Safety vault making sure all is tally in the Cash Safe Breakdown and the vault is always lock and secure. Making sure the safe key is always in proper place.
Preparing the weekly ROTA of all the staff and Managers for the following week . Posting the schedule the making sure it is updated for the staff. Updating the staff’s everyday attendance before cut-off to make sure that there will be no discrepancy to their salary.
Checking all the documents required for the audit is updated and in proper place.
