TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I am submitting my resume for the Field Administrative Assistant position with your Company.

I'm talented, organized, detail oriented, a team player, highly motivated and a very quick study with a can-do attitude. I am also trained in a broad range of technical, leadership and problem-solving skills more than your typical administrative support applicant. I am a team player and have the ability to work with people of diverse disciplines, backgrounds and cultures. I have a strong attention to detail and take the initiative to assist or make positional improvements some of which have been integrated into existing positions within the Company without changing or interfering with regulations and other Company policies. I accept direction from management and my peers and have a vast knowledge and understanding of professional office procedures.

My professional experience evolves around Bookkeeping, Executive and Administrative Assistance with 70 wpm & Data Entry with 14000 KPH. I am highly proficient with all Microsoft Software and my bookkeeping & Data Entry skills are top notch.

In addition to managing all accounting procedures in QuickBooks, I have also set up and maintained data for the digital time clock for 50 employees in order to export the data into QuickBooks for fast payroll & billing processes and maintained the Company Contracts in an efficient and effective manner.

Using Excel for statistical reporting, graphs, merges, exporting from databases, queries and pivot tables, initiating/tracking past and present database information, VLookup, Hlookup, Match & Index functions and utilized VBA Developer Tool & Macros to create large data sheets are many of the features that I have utilized in my past experiences.

I have also recently created the following Excel Workbook Database for the HSE Division on the Kearl Oil Sands Project in Fort McMurray, Alberta and designed the database to be an interactive Menu-Driven Database to initiate efficient and effective processes utilizing VBA Programming (beginner) and Macros. For example,

• The SSHE Incident Report Form (External Excel Spreadsheet) was designed to import data from the Excel designed form into an Excel workbook that populates the main spreadsheet database with more recent data as well as to update pertinent information accordingly and replacing the existing record with the current information, if the record exists.

• I also designed the Menu to allow staff to create other spreadsheets automatically while saving and naming the sheet with the Report Name and the Date initiated to quickly email the incident reports on a daily basis to the Client and SSHE staff as well as populate other necessary and required reports utilizing the same data.

• I also worked closely with team leaders to evaluate collected data, and created reports that assisted the company learn from incidents and to also reduce risk.
