Summary of Job Description
Closely coordinate with the Board of Directors to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities following up appropriately.
Determine matters of top priority in preparing agenda and arrangements whilst scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings and events as required.
Provide administrative and clerical support to Board of Directors, Managers, & Head of Departments and carrying out general office duties such as ordering suppliers, maintaining management systems.
Managing calls, providing basic information to customers, meet and greet visitors.
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email as well as prepare memos, reports and letters
Handling petty-cash, bank statements, cheques, vouchers and dealing with auditors
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data. (Absences, Bonus, leaves etc.)
Travel arrangements; hotel reservation, flight bookings, visas, prepares itineraries
Handling of confidential data & information pertaining to the Company
