Monitor, Control & Supervise the store activities.

Ensure the consignment boxes are properly batched and coded, as per the dispatch and receipt dates, sender and receiver reference numbers, etc.

Stacking up Multiple Segments Materials

Collect the Challan from security gate and cross check the Security Inward register

Check the Materials of make, model, brand, & sizes, and quantity

Prepare GRN In Talisman System & Ledger Register on day to day basis

Perform regular checks and supervise the work of flight attendants to make certain work progresses as per the plans

Responsible to maintain all the paperwork concerning the import export trade. Record important details for the organization's and client's reference

Track the consignment during its transit and update the receiver about the progress of the shipment regularly

Prepare contract papers. Ensure the contract displays the terms and conditions in the same meaning as determined by both parties in meetings.
