Sr. Tableau Developer

This project involved leveraging specific knowledge about coal mining as well as optimizing the utilization of coal mining machines and creating a Risk Management Dashboard to identify the working condition of these machines, and specifically tell whether they require maintenance or not. Also, we aimed for at least one 8-hour period when the average idle capacity was over 10% and then create a report to present to senior executive with recommendation.

This project aimed at providing an in-depth analysis on population, life expectancy and fertility rate of countries. I was involved in all the steps of examining the source systems, data assessment, migration build and the final execution and transition. Specifically, the stakeholders were interested to see the overall trend in fertility, life expectancy and population. In addition, they would like to be able to drill into individual countries.
