Partnered with the President and CFO to direct the development, operations, and financial activities of a construction company with projects valued from $10M to $52M.

Provided executive-level operational leadership for as many as six large-scale construction projects simultaneously and managed all construction business operations from initial client and project identification through estimating, Risk assessment and mitigation, construction, client turn over and project close-out.

Embree Construction Group - Georgetown, TX

Trusted to manage a newly established Automotive Division for a construction group with annual revenues of $350M; quickly earned a reputation for being a top-performing National Division Manager; and grew the division’s construction revenues to $80M, a 30% increase in less than three years.

Managed a multi-phase, $40M, 47K square foot construction project across 13 developed acres for a Hyundai automotive facility in Austin, Texas for the Penske Automotive Group, one of the company’s most important clients. Valli Construction, Inc. - Los Gatos, CA

Aggressively recruited and hired to manage more than $50M worth of new ground up and store remodel construction projects in a Texas Region for the company’s largest client, Auto Nation.

Met daily construction management challenges on projects ranging from complete new car dealerships (collision center, service, showrooms, parking lots, etc.) to renovation and expansion of existing facilities.
