e) Borescope inspection
Carry out Mechanical seal replacement (oil seal or dry seal) and bearing (radial or thrust) inspection, replacement, clearance check and axial float adjust for all the main gas compressors on the platform such as DRESSER RAND, ELLIOTT, DELAVAL AND THERMODYN also all types of pumps.
Carry out major overhaul for all the above mentioned compressors.
Carry out alignment check (reverse or rim and face method) also by laser alignment machine
Strong skills for vibration survey for all the rotating machinery on monthly basis, vibration analysis and corrective action

c) Parts inspection (ref. to Solar Standard).
d) Parts repair and replace the defected parts.
e) Assembly the unit, AGB and RDB.
f) Re-blading the turbine.
g) Rotor balance on the balancing machine.
h) Test the engine in the test cell.
