In this role, I interact with all levels of the 150-person finance organization from senior finance managers, accountants, financial analysts, and processors evaluating process requirements and needs, managing upgrades, and solving daily issues.

Provide analysis, advice, design, coding, user support, data correction, and troubleshooting for the following applications: Collect IT (AR management system)

MS Dynamics Great Plains ERP (GP) including Binary Stream and Smart Connect (data entry front end for GP)

Management Reporter (MR) for MS Dynamics (reporting tool)
