Knowledge about all aspects operation of Ash Handling Plant i.e. ESP, Bottom Ash. Slurry Systems, Clinker Grinder, Vacuum Pump, Compressor, PD pump, Scraper Chain Conveyor, Hydraulic Power packs, silo unloading, Belt Conveyors .

PLC desk operation monitoring & control desk parameter within prescribed limits.

Responsible for smooth operation from ash conveying, storage & disposal to transport vehicles & ash pond.

Give necessary instruction / direction to field Engineer & out source agencies

to check and ensure the assigned field jobs are completed and recorded timely.

Try to minimize ideal running of system

Plan and ensure availability of key inputs for smooth running of AHP
