Quality Control Officer

ADNOC Distribution thru SAA EST., Abu Dhabi – UAE

Inspects the incoming Gas Cylinders (new & old) /Pallets / Valves and other supply parts received in the LPG store to ensure that they are conform to required specifications, before they are stored and issued to production lines.

Supervise the filling operations during filling and crosschecks the correct quantity of product is filled.

Ensure that faulty cylinders identified and repaired

Carrie out regular calibration of all measuring device in LPG plant, Carrie out a monthly accuracy test for all Cylinder Testing Machine.

Inspect dispatches at random for the quality of cylinders.

Carries out daily quality control checks of all filled cylinders and stocks of cylinders.

Prepares and submit to SrQC, the daily inspection report of filling operations.

Ensure correct quality procedures are followed during receiving, filling and dispatch operations.

Inspects and supervise the sampling/testing of petroleum products in different Service Stations.

Coordinates and implements the ISO9001:2008 Quality Assurance system in his section and maintains all documents up to date.

Performs other related duties as directed by Senior/Manager Quality Control & Laboratory.

Work Auto Electrical Supervisor

Experience ADNOC Distribution thru SAA EST., Abu Dhabi - UAE

Conduct repair, service, maintenance & trouble shooting of all heavy/light machinery and mechanical equipments including 160 vehicles for multi product tankers, 35 vehicles for LPG tankers, fork lifters, pickups, safety pumps, generator, air compressors, etc.

Carry out major overhaul of different brands of heavy/light duty machinery such as Man, Mercedes, Volvo, Iveco, Nissan, Toyota, Scania, Renualt, Caterpillar, etc., test and ensure proper working condition prior to handing over to customer

Undertake corrective maintenance and repairs indicated through predictive checks of failures including disassembling/reassembling of units and replacing of faulty parts.

Use various kinds of tools and latest technology diagnostic machines checking mechanical components on all brands of vehicles including new computerized models

Review of manufacturers’ service manuals, own establishment’s usage schedules and records of maintenance problems

Monitor work schedules and establish job priorities by setting goals and determining capability to meet deadlines. Determine optimum frequency of preventive maintenance and coordinate with other staff for proper management of fleet maintenance

Perform spare parts procurement and liaison with the distribution of the spare parts supplies

Maintain records of planned and completed maintenance jobs

Comply to all company HSE & fire rules and regulations, including the use of protective clothing and equipment and maintain work location in a clean and tidy condition
