Processed custom manual chain hoist orders to meet customer’s specifications and quality requirements while maintaining quoted cost per order.

Worked on Zephyr manual hoist product lines while working with sales, customer service, warranty parts, quality, machinists, productions scheduling and purchasing.

Manual hoist product lines I worked on; Chester Zephyr, Chester AM and Budgit.
