WORK EXPERIENCE

Worked as Principal draughtsman from 1977 to 2006 with Abu dhabi government Public Works Department [11 08 1977 to 31 12 2005]

Worked as Draughtsman from 02 01 2006 to 24 10 2019 with M/s Architectural Engineering Consultants at various prestigious projects like palaces, Posh Villas, multi storied residential and Commercial Buildings.

Nature of Work:

• Manual drafting and Auto Cad drafting in various government projects such as Low cost Villas in all Emirates, Different types of office buildings, schools, etc. for all Abu dhabi and Al Ain Government departments.

• Preliminary drawings with presentations for Clients approval.

• Tender drawing development in coordination with all trades such as structural and electro mechanical services with their required provisions in civil works.

• Working drawings in detailed coordination with all trades to avoid any hindrance for smooth execution of the project from setting out to final handing over of the project.

• Amend the drawings with required modification of the client at various stages and prepare the as built drawings for the approval of the concerned departments.

• Responsible for the complete process of Preliminary submission, Tender submission including all trades, Contract drawing submission including all trades such as structural, Civil defense, Dot, signage, electromechanical services, etc. EDUCATION

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with First Class from Government Polytechnic, Valapad, Kerala, Indian in 1966

• Secondary School Leaving Certificate from Government High School, Talikulam, Kerala, India in 1963.
