Control Inventory to ensure all quality system standards are followed and maintained.
Schedule and purchase of all raw materials (e.g. – Leather, Lining, Cloth, Ornaments, Soles, Insoles, Chemicals, Finished cream, Unit boxes, outer carton etc.)
Supervise purchasing and receiving personnel to ensure training to the quality system is maintained and followed.
Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Reports are used to plan purchases to meet the requirements of the master schedule for all assigned raw materials.
Research and negotiate with raw material to improve and control pricing and supply capabilities.
Responsible for ensuring accuracy of order placement with correct supplier.
