The learning process involved interacting with the farmers, studying the rural scenario, cropping pattern, socio-economics of the society, culture and the major constraints in the adoption of latest technology.

Conducted workshops, Front-Line Demonstrations (FLD’s), On Farm Trails (OFT’s) under the assistance of Scientists.

Underwent three months of intensive Rural Agricultural Work Experience Programme (RAWEP) in Arahalli village of Kolar district, Karnataka state.
