CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (2015 – 2019)

Lead finance, accounting, treasury, HR, and IT functions globally. Key initiatives included improving reporting accuracies and timelines, selecting new banking and audit partners, meeting Board of Directors’ performance requirements, and ensuring GAAP, SOX, and SEC compliance. Managed 5 direct and 35 indirect reports. Held P&L accountability for $6.4M NOI.
