Responsibility: As Asst.Manager-chemistry I am responsible for Chemistry section operation such as:

Operation of pretreatment plant,UF,RO,DM Plant, Condensate polishing unit, ETP,STP,Gas chlorination.

DM Water testing, boiler water conditioning.

Conditioning & monitoring of Cooling Water System parameters and maintain Chemical treatment.

Handling solid waste decanter system of pretreatment plant and effluent treatment plant.

Flue gas and hydrogen gas analysis.

Handling various types of filters such as multigrade filters, activated carbon filters, micron cartridge filters, ion exchanger regeneration, implementation of various process of preservation of boiler, RO Membrane and UF membrane etc.

Trouble shooting of RO, UF, DM Plant and Condensate polishing unit.

Conversant with various types of instruments used such as PH Meter, Digital Nephlo turbidity Meter, Spectrophotometer, Flame photometer etc.

Oil analysis.

MIS report preparation.

Exposure: -

Conditioning & monitoring of Cooling Water System parameters and maintain Chemical treatment.

Operation & conditioning monitoring of water treatment plant & waste water treatment plant and RO plant.

Operation and condition monitoring of Chlorination plant.

Conditioning & monitoring whole parameters of steam & water of high pressure boiler and water treatment plant.

Calibration of sophisticated Laboratory instruments like, Flame photometer,Spectrophoto meter,pH meter, Conductivity meter & Turbidity meter etc.

Water analysis like raw water, Drinking water, DM water etc.

Chemical cleaning of water treatment

Aware of safety equipment like Breathing Apparatus, Canister mask and Ammonia Tourch etc.

Documentation & Implementation.

Procurement of Laboratory reagents, Glass ware & laboratory accessories etc.

Manpower handling..

Exposure of Preservation of boiler.

Experience of operation of PT Plant and ETP decanter system.

Coal analysis i.e. ash, moisture, VM, FC, GCV, Sulphur in coal etc.

Mill coal fineness, bottom ash and fly ash analysis.

Knowledge of SAP, like SAP material code, PR of material PO process,Reservation of material.and Services realated issues.
