In my portfolio being the operations manager I am handling various depts. MEP / Soft Service / Space Planning / Moves / landscape / Water Management and Admin. Additional to this I had a project portfolio as an additional revenue generation within the Shell site with a team of both in-house/external resources involved in completing the task. During the tenure had complete control of FM on both commercial and residential buildings across the organization. I had a team of engineers and subcontractors direct/indirect strength of 150 staff.
