Coordinate control room operations and all ethanol plant processes to ensure optimal production output, 100% safe operating range, and quality standards. Monitor cook, distillation, evaporation, dryers, thermal oxidizer, centrifuges, grain system, boilers,water treatment. Operate plant DCS and control systems throughout the corn to ethanol process.

Minimize operational downtime and improve equipment longevity through preventative maintenance, repair, and clean-up of plant equipment – schedule capital maintenance projects as required.
