Working with the nursing resource team allowed me to utilize my excellent time management skills which assisted in patient centered care plans. My clinical rotations within the NRT department have also enhanced my critical thinking, communication and time management skills. Theses skills have allowed me to gain confidence in applying my knowledge to a variety of units. My IRT role also gave me the ability to work in a highly demanding work environment with many competing priorities and deadlines. I have nursing student experience in acute care, complex continuing care, med/surge at Lakeridge Health Ajax location, rehabilitation, mental health and Providence long-term care. My practical skills and experiences are easily transferable to work in any new environment
