DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work permit system, closely monitored.

Make daily reports regarding safety in the job site.

Always keep in touch with all Safety Officers to remind their responsibilities and to organize the safety at the job site.

Perform weekly site audit regarding equipment, scaffolding and Health, Safety conditions.

Constantly inspects the job site for the purpose of discovering hazardous conditions and unsafe patricides and exert to correct the same before they can cause accident.

Investigates accidents in coordination with personnel and security officers and recommends corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

Coordinates with medical personal in the formulation and implementation of health and sanitation and correlate safety with their work.

Check the Personal protection safety condition.

Check the fire extinguishers inventory.

Check the house keeping and welfare facilities.

Check the hazards equipment and tools.

Implementation of strategies to raise and maintain safety standards

Provision of leadership for an Incident & Injury free work environment.

Undertake all site inductions and run regular toolbox meetings

Ensure safe access to scaffolding

Inspection of tools and equipment’s and make sure it contain assigned color code, and prepare Equipment’s Check Lists,

Preparation of JSA.

Safety induction and Fire Fighting.

Supervision of the work.

Incident, accident, and near miss reporting and preparation of Safety inputs reports.

Make sure the proper PPE and housekeeping of designated area

First-Aid equipment checking.
