Project Management:
Provide overall project management and reporting in accordance with world best practices
Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical Project Management
Lead and regularly convene a cross-organizational project management team to monitor implementation progress and synergies with related projects; ensuring appropriate representation from interested parties
Develop a plan and oversee procurement and deployment of commodities, infrastructure and supplies
Develop a robust project monitoring and evaluation framework and support its implementation
