Project Management:
Provide overall project management and reporting in accordance with world best practices
Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical Project Management
Lead and regularly convene a cross-organizational project management team to monitor implementation progress and synergies with related projects; ensuring appropriate representation from interested parties
Develop a plan and oversee procurement and deployment of commodities, infrastructure and supplies
Develop a robust project monitoring and evaluation framework and support its implementation
Ensure that projects comply with legal requirements, especially health and safety, and assesses the sustainability and environmental impact of projects

Facilities Management:
Develop and propose policies and improvements for efficient, effective and safe buildings management and operations for consideration by the Management, taking into account best practices and standards; and promote and proactively implement these policies and standards
Coordinate and supervise facilities maintenance support services
Review the technical specifications, scopes of work and the respective cost estimates and monitoring work implementation and progress to ensure the compliance with the set out specifications

Overseeing the solid and liquid waste management and disposal (garbage collection and disposal services)
Ensuring that all facilities utilized by personnel comply with international standards
Coordinating with Safety and Security personnel for regular and scheduled safety inspections of facilities, safety drills, reports and investigations of accidents, and recommending correction of safety hazards
