Review of Material Test Certificate (MTC) for incoming and outgoing materials, Test report (NDT,PMI,
Mechanical & chemical)
Facilitator for material testing in Third Party Lab and testing of material using universal Testing Machine, Impact Testing Machine, Hardness Testing Machine, Dye Penetration Test, Eddy Current Testing (for 100%
hardness checking), Rotational Capaciy Test, PMI
Testing, Salt spray test & OES ( chemical analysis ).
Working with gauge like Thread Ring Gauge (TRG), Thread Plug gauge (TPG), Pitch gauge, Dial gauge, Dry Film Thickness gauge (DFT), Wet Film Thickness gauge
(WFT), Surface Profile gauge (Press–o– film ), Cross Cutter Test / Hatch Test kit, Salt Contamination Test Kit, etc.
Site visit (if required ) if there are some discrepancy or NCR raised by the customer.
