•Study of drawings and generates a material with respect to BOM as per the project requirement and triggers sourcing and store department for material procurement.

•Creates DXF profiles in auto-cad as per the drawing also identifying and resolving the design queries by correcting the drawing as per the requirement.

•Generates nesting programs of DXF profiles by using Omni win software with minimum wastage of material.

•Releases HOL for cnc machines to concerned department.

Role: Reconditioned the non-working 48hp forklift Simpson engine by taking necessary actions.

Project Description: Dismantled the non-working forklift engine and find out the defective parts then correction actions taken to convert the engine into working condition.

Mini Project: Circulating water system (mechanical maintenance offsite)

Role: Close observation of the various stages of power plant from raw coal to the final power output.

Project Description: Study of circulating water like initial water demineralisation plant to final cooling tower water cooling process.

Diploma Major Project: Estimation and costing of fabrication of water cooler.

Role: Fabricated a water cooler and calculating the cost of the water cooler after manufacturing.
