ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Building Electrification & Infrastructure Electrical Works

Requirements of materials sending through estimation to the purchase department & following it up.

Preparing and submitting the Site inspection (SIR), and Material inspection(MIR), for consultant approval

Rising Request for information(RFI) report to consultant suggestion

Preparing material takeoff for project to order for local and foreign(LPO and FPO).

Preparing and making varies request like CVI, Site instruction for consultant approval.

Submitting the shop drawings and as built drawings for consultant approval.

Contacting and solve the supplier problem like (BMS, Low voltage, Fire alarm system) for the work coordination.

Making the plan and mockup for all services before precede the work.

Giving onsite training to the juniors like Foremen, Supervisors, to be aware of the standards and guiding the company's QUALITY standards.

Ensuring the drawings received at sites is proper in accordance with the schedule.

Checking of drawings after receiving and clearing the issues, if any to avoid mis-conflicts while executing the same as per the drawing after corrections, if any.

Planning of materials and requesting through the estimation for the particular time duration to run the electrical works in track with civil work.

Procuring the materials through ERP process like Purchase request and PO coordination with Purchase department.

Ensuring the materials reach at site within the Purchase lead time and also at the required time by coordinating directly with the Vendor in the critical stage.

Ensuring the materials availability at other projects and making MMR (Material Movement Receipt) for shifting to my project for making the non-scarcity of the materials.

Allocating of the work to the technicians under each foreman, supervisors and ensuring the targets achieved within the stipulated time period with coordination for the civil clearance for smooth functioning of the project.

Conducting the coordination meeting for design issues and solving it as per the management requirements.

Extracting the information relating to the works for new ideas from other projects of Sobha for implementing to increase the productivity and maintaining good QUALITY standards, even controlling the wastages.

Preparing the stock statement in every month end and sending to the management desk.

Preparing the Fortnight report of the progress and sending to the management desk.

Preparing MIS report for tracking the cost in comparison with work progress on prorate basis.

Preparing the documents like Daily Productivity Report, Weekly Productivity Report and Monthly Productivity Report and sending to the management for evaluating track records of technician’s productivity.

Preparing costing sheet on weekly basis and sending to the management desk for evaluation of cost tracking.

Making the schedule of works for the proper planning of the projects (manpower & materials) to achieve timely delivery.

Coordinating with office and other departments at site for smooth functioning of the project.
