Overview:
Reporting is the team responsible for all data that is reported to client. The reported data should be provided after quality check. It’s a team with individuals who work with in house admin portal, third party API, evaluating distribution partner OTA (Bookings, Expedia, etc) along with Hotels’ own website. Keeping in mind the analytical and reporting needs of the organization.
Requirement:
•Knowledge of revenue management in hospitality industry, for “Shopper” and “Allocator”.
•Understanding of rates, room type, and room plan, with respect to OTA & clients own website.
•Maintaining data quality, data privacy and SLA.
•Understanding of onsite rate, gross, rate parity & rate change.
•Knowledge and analysis of issues detected and proper co-ordination with the concerned department.
Roles and Responsibility:
•Totally responsible for the quality assurance of the “Shopper Products” subscribed by the clients.
•To maintain data accuracy in Data Base with validation from OTA’s (Bookings, Expedia etc) and clients own website.
