Responsibility : Product and Process Development – Temperature Sensor and Magneto Chheda Electricals & Electronics Pvt. Ltd is an auto ancillary company supplying Electro-mechanical products to all the major 2-wheeler OEMs of India and many of the world. It has 3 plants under the group. The Shirwal plant is the biggest one among the 3 having Research Division.

1. Responsibilities As “Process & Product Development Engineer”

• Working as a Core Team member of R&D Development Projects

• Stage-wise project planning and estimated timeline discussions with Dept. Head

• Responsible for finalization of production and validation of equipment for facility.

• Responsible for proper working of equipment and of setup at the manufacturer-end before setting up at the company facility

• Responsible for installation and commissioning of equipment according to Customer specifications

• Responsible for process engineering (Temperature Sensor Dept) and process optimization.

• Identified resources and requirement, assigned responsibility to team & coordinated with other teams to ensure successful completion of project

• Supervised & coordinated timely delivery of Process equipment.

• Support daily production and maintenance team for process issue and machine functionality issue.

• Providing inputs (in terms of machine functionality) for CIP (continuous Improvement programs) to product Engineering team.

• Responsible for Process Quality and Conformity with respect to Customer Specific Requirements
