Prior to joining Cyient(from 2015) where I’m currently working in, I have worked for JACOBS-CES(I) Pvt Ltd, Kolkata (May,2007- Jan, 2014), Goldstone Cement Limited, Meghalaya (Sep,2014- Dec, 2014). Over this period, I gained broad range of experience in infrastructural projects working as a Client-Consultant engineer as well as in Industrial Greenfield-augmentation project & brown-field projects working in the capacity of Contractor Consultant Engineer or as Sub-Consultant and this pre-dominantly includes detailed engineering and a fair amount of field services.

OFFSHORE
PLANT ENGINEERING- INDUSTRIAL PLANT Client-BECA; End Customer: O-I Asia Pacific & O-I BJC):
Detail engineering for both IFA and IFC stage and limited to electrical load assessment; cable and breaker sizing (HV & LV), Protection calculation in ETAP, earthing design calculation; capacitor bank sizing. Prepared single line diagram; equipment and cable tray layout; motor schematics, cable schedule and implemented Safety in Design (SID) comments for a brown-field industrial plant intended to increase its capacity of glass manufacturing by installing a new machine line.
PLANT ENGINEERING-OIL & GAS SKID (Client-UOP; End Customer: Marathon Petroleum Company):
Carried out Illumination Calculation, Modelling of Light Fixtures including support, review of IFC model from engineering aspect and clash check with piping and structure for Illumination system, cable tray network, Junction boxes for Instruments and control valves, Power panel and Interface boxes for Heat tracing.
PLANT ENGINEERING-URANIUM ORE PROCESSING PLANT (PKG. O. UCTL-1): Tummalapalle, AP (Client- MBE Company Ltd.) The scope consisted of detail engineering of electrical packages of the Process buildings, Conveyors, other Process systems and Utility buildings for the material handling process of the Uranium Ore Processing Plant.
Prepared calculations for Transformer sizing, HV and LV switchgear selection; MCC sizing; HV and LV Cable sizing, Capacitor bank Sizing, Earthing and Lightning protection calculation, Illumination Calculation; Power calculation for Illumination and power outlet.

It comprised of 10 Junction house, 8 double Conveyors, 4 single Conveyors, 4 Tripper Conveyors,2 Crusher House,1 Emergency reclaim hopper building,1 Wagon Tripler, 1 Track Hopper 3 MCC room 2 Pump houses.

Detail engineering for the Pump Starter panel scope but limited to preparation of SLD, Schematics, BOM, Functional layout of GAs, Temperature rise calculation of enclosure, Design risk assessment, Electrical Inspection Test Plan(ITP) and Factory test Plan for power supply purpose in Appin site of Illawarra Coal mine.

PROJECT ENGINEERING FOR 1700 TPD CLINKERISATION AND 2600TPD CEMENT PLANT - East Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya:
Field Service activities related to 132kV Switchyard, Grinding Unit and Cement plant E & I worksite; manpower & resource management at site level.
Verifying reinforcement laying; preparing work front for the vendor/contractor for delivery work progress.
Organizing other construction aid and tracking vendor/contractor progress & generating daily progress report.
