• Coordinate with the relevant project tendering team in preparing the time schedule for MEP works using Primavera 6.
• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
• Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
• Regularly updating time schedules for MEP works using Primavera 6 as per client request.
• Monitor critical activities based on the project time schedule and advise project management team.
• Co-coordinating with the procurement department to monitor materials submitters and approval, procurement schedule and site delivery dates to avoid progress delays.
• Preparation of monthly/weekly reports for the progress status updates against the planned schedule.
• Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
• Preparation of extension of time (EOT) and the corresponding recovery schedule program (P6), in the advent of schedule slippage.
