I completed my first two years toward a Speech and Hearing Pathology degree at Midwestern State University 940-***-****), Wichita Falls, TX, going part-time from 1971 to 1975.

In 2004 I completed Intermediate PowerPoint and Intermediate Excel and have considerable experience with MS Word. I USE GOOD GRAMMAR, AM A GOOD SPELLER, AND HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

From January 31, 2020 through February 14, 2020, I worked a temporary job to help Presidential Billiards 866-***-****) in New Caney, TX to catch up their documentation of the end of 2019.
From February 1, 2012 through December, 2012, I worked for Texas Fast Track Drug Screen 281-***-****) in Porter, TX.
From June 2008 through 2010, I worked for Robert Half Office Team 281-***-****). I have worked many temporary jobs for them.
From August 2007 through June 2008, I worked for Napco Chemical 281-***-****) as Customer Service/Order Taker in Spring, TX. I scheduled and generated orders, and I fielded customer questions and complaints.
From September 2006 through July 2007, I worked various temporary assignments for Office Team 281-***-****) – mostly 1-5 days per assignment - in the north Houston area.
From August 15, 2005 through September 2006, I was employed by Office Team 281-***-****) to work as a temporary receptionist for the Scotia Group in Houston. I answered the phone, filed, and worked in Word and Excel. The Scotia Group is a consulting firm to the oil and gas industry; they help exploration companies find oil and gas reserves.
From May 2005 through August 15, 2005, I worked various temporary assignments for Office Team 281-***-****) - mostly 1-5 days per assignment - in the Conroe area.
FROM MAY 2004 THROUGH OCTOBER 2004, I WORKED AS A MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTIONIST FOR ACCU-MED 817-***-****) TRANSCRIPTION IN ARLINGTON, TX.
From September 2002 through July 2003, I promoted Lunch and Learns for Xiotech Corporation (home office in Colorado 719-***-****) in Oklahoma City and the Dallas area. I did research, set up the lunch and learns, and telephoned invitations to IT managers.
From 1988 through 2000, I home-schooled my daughter. For our local home school group, I was Field Trip Coordinator for a year; I also taught a simple and fun Spanish Class for third- through fifth-graders with my daughter’s home school co-op group for two years in Carrollton, Texas. I was also Fundraising Coordinator for one year with this group.

While it has been a number of years since I have worked as a medical transcriptionist, I am still an excellent speller and good typist. I currently type 70 wpm. I can still spell amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, etc, etc. I have always loved words, and so I am still an excellent speller.
