PROFESSIONAL NURSING DUTIES: Performed nursing duties in the care of medical, surgical and pediatric patients admitted in the ward with neurological problems as per their need by doing thorough assessment. Monitored patients' health, recorded signs and symptoms and notified the doctor if any change. Prepared patients for surgery, debridement and lumbar puncture. DOCUMENTATION: Responsible for recording all the care given to the patient and actions taken for smooth ward operation. Maintained input and output record of the patient, charting vital signs taken, suctioning done, any settings changed in ventilator, change in any medical and nursing care plan.
