Developed Kindergarten Computational Thinking products and services. The product and service includes curricula, training and certification programs, and learning tools that can help schools quickly implement Computational Thinking curriculum in their school.

Developed Collaboration Center, which is a webapp used by Teachers, Students, and Parents to communicate and collaborate. The tool is used to deploy assessment and presentation materials. Teachers use it to share best practices. This is a lightweight LMS.

Deployed askthedragon.com Reviewer Maker on November 2016. Makers and SAEs

(Subject Area Experts) used the Reviewer Maker in developing reviewers.

Responsible for the strategic direction, Sales & Marketing, P&L, and operations of a 410- person workforce providing offshore IT services to TELUS. The service covers IT infrastructure operations, service desk, and application development and support. Reports to the Global Head of Operations and works directly with counterparts in Canada. Accomplishments:

Established the AMITS ITO strategy, which resulted to headcount increase from 110 in 2008 to 410 in mid-2011 and a revenue growth from $8.34m in 2008 to $35m by 2011.

Transformed the AMITS group from a pure body shop engagement to a mixed managed talent and managed service offering that resulted to the increase in headcount and revenue of the group.

Implemented the successful transition of tier-3 remote server, and storage and backup system administration services from Canada to Manila from May to September 2009, which resulted to about C$5m yearly savings.

Established the Quality Assurance Group and Training and Evaluation Group, and led the Service Desk and IT Infrastructure Operations teams’ process improvement initiatives which enabled Telus International Philippines to get ISO 20000 certification in December 2010.

Developed the Contact Center Kernel (CCK) and Telemarketing System (TmS) software for SVI. CCK is a call center applications development platform. TmS is a software product written on top of CCK and used for telemarketing. TmS won 2nd place in the Java Cup 2000 competition sponsored by Sun Microsystems Philippines and the Department of Science and Technology Republic of the Philippines. RCG Information Technology is a global leader in IT professional services. It serves over 350 active clients and 45 of the Fortune 100 across a broad range of markets. The College of Computer Studies has three departments with a student population of 1,800 (graduate and undergraduate). Its faculty pool consists of 60 full-time faculty members (the largest in the country) with diverse areas of specializations. Dean of the College of Computer Studies 1997 – 1999 Faculty Member - Associate Professor 4 1987 – 2002 As Dean, Jonathan was responsible for the management of degree and non-degree programs of the college.
