Job Profile.

Responsible for receiving submittal of engineering documents (specifications, data sheets, drawings, descriptions, reports, updating revision index of drawings etc.) to site.

Assist auditing of the QA/QC programs of the organizations involved in the construction and/or operation of the facility, including personnel qualifications and QA manuals.

Preparing and submitting request for inspection (RFI) & Material inspections (MIR)

Preparing and submitting PQ’s And MTA’s.

Supporting the Project Engineering Department with all the quality control activities, as well as with the weekly and monthly Quality reports on the projects, preparing and submitting monthly consolidated QA reports, assisting the Project Engineering Managers with the setting of quality objectives.

Assists in record management and Archival exercises.

Performs data entry to produce logs, transmittals and other reports.

Provide reproduction, scanning support, distribution of documents, retrieval and filing of all. Set-up and upkeep all maintenance, engineering manuals, technical documents, technical drawings, technical codes and standards, technical references, CDs, Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) and contracts documents.

Listing out the Documents and documenting the project details.

Describing all possible document flow structure.
