Difficulties in maintaining to procure Saudi Aramco Products. Monitor performance of private labs. Establish an internal QA/QC program within the private labs to monitor their performance. Private labs performance is being monitored through different procedure, to ensure the accuracy of the lab test results regarding Fuel marker. Having agreed key point indicator (KPI’s) and objectives related to MEIM & customer to procure Saudi Aramco Product & to ensure business alignment.

Follow up of Corrective & Preventive Actions.

Establishing guidelines, plans, frequencies & schedules are set in the PC&CU. Ensure implementation the process provides the assurance that results, data meet MEIM, Customer, and Saudi Aramco requirements, expectation & needs.

Ensure to procure Saudi Aramco product in customer’s products by using PC&CU test process check system having SIMDIS, Flash Point, Density, Sulphur content, Kin. Viscosity, Asphaltene, Carbon Residue, Ash content, Wear Metals & Marker Fuel.
