Project & Role Description:

The application (ICare) is built using PRPC BPM platform and Customer Process Management framework. This ICare system allows the end user, across various departments, to capture, track and maintain Complaints/Compliments efficiently, by interacting with customers which may happen direct interaction or though Phone/email/Scan File/Walk-in interaction.

The application is deployed on shore and all Ships. Each ship will have its own infrastructure and work will be synced from shore to ship and ship to shore. The application will utilize CPM to handle 32 different service types including Cabin Issues, Lost and Found and a number of others.

Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements at both high level and detail level and perform impact analyses of such on our applications.

Participate in / perform / lead design of functional solutions based on gathered, and agreed to, business requirements.

Lead development of written specifications based on such designed solutions.

Provide effort estimates for tasks to be completed & work on to meet those estimates.
