Solved flushing requirement constraints for NCP Heated Bitumen System during maintenance and emergency scenarios to prevent loss of operability, leading to 100 BBL drains for over 800,000 BBL of liquids storage.

Performed bitumen and blend characterization studies of FortHills Heated Bitumen to contribute to Fort Hills fluid properties report creating predictive analyses of fluid properties of Heated Bitumen, Diluents and their Blends.

Developed heat and mass balances of the facilities on HYSYS; sized, specified, selected equipment for oil processing, water treatment, steam generation, safety, utility systems.
