Developed Neotec Pipeflo hydraulic analyses of Forthills’ Diluent 100,000 BBL/day System and Heated Bitumen 250,000 BBL/day system for Suncor’s 300,000 BBL/day Forthills Terminal and East Tank Farm Pumping Station (1B$), and interface with other disciplines to develop models/ studies.

Solved flushing requirement constraints for NCP Heated Bitumen System during maintenance and emergency scenarios to prevent loss of operability, leading to 100 BBL drains for over 800,000 BBL of liquids storage.

Performed bitumen and blend characterization studies of FortHills Heated Bitumen to contribute to Fort Hills fluid properties report creating predictive analyses of fluid properties of Heated Bitumen, Diluents and their Blends.

Sized, specified, and populated equipment datasheets for storage, pumping, safety, instrumentation and utility systems.

Wrote, revised, provided setpoints, alarm and shutdown settings of entire SAGD plant to process control narratives with assistance of live process data on PI Process Book.

Presented over half a dozen lunch and learns on PSV and control valve sizings to peers and management.

Developed heat and mass balances of the facilities on HYSYS; sized, specified, selected equipment for oil processing, water treatment, steam generation, safety, utility systems.

Performed Piping and Pipeline Process hydraulics, sizings and calculations using standardized spreadsheets and modeling complex models on AFT Fathom.
