Logistics Executive (African Based MNC Mohinani Group’s Branch Office in Mumbai). Sept 2019 - Present.

•Handling CFR, CIF AND FOB Trading Shipments of East African and West African countries.

•Preparing SO, PFI and PO in SAP SOFTWARE. (SAP ECC 6.0,ENHANCEMENT PACKAGE 7.4)

•Follow-up with CHA, forwarder and shipper, for custom’s formality like DGD, VGM, shipping bill, container list, shipping instruction and BL draft.

•Day to day entry in SAP software for final export documents in line like IBD, B/L INSTRUCTIONS, MIGO, MIRO and final export documents.

•Follow-up with HONG KONG office for courier details.

After final documents, follow-up for COC, RFI copy from inspections agencies.
