oIt helps the Customers to solve the issues regarding of their Elevator by raising ticket of problem and they can check the status of the tickets. The ticket which has been raised by customer assigned to the mechanic using the web application then after mechanic role will solve the raised issue.

oAll data stored in the back end SQLite and save in isolated storage.

oGetting the data from the WebApi and to store it in the SQLite database.

oSending the data from application to server using services in JSON format.

oDeletion and Updating of the data from isolated storage depending on the project requirements
