Lead Teacher/Interim Director 2006 - 2018
As a lead teacher of up to 24 children in my class I was responsible for their social and emotional wellbeing, their individualized Montessori education, educational planning, classroom management, being a team player, building strong relationships with parents, record keeping, event planning. In 2010 the business changed ownership and on 2 separate occasions I became the interim director.
