Description :This project determines the arrival and departure of train near level crossing gates automatically with the help of IR sensors and warning signal. But there may be a chance that during this automation process, a vehicle may be locked at the level crossing gates. At this situation, the obstacle between the level crossing gates could be detected with the help of Ultrasonic sensor. Thus the man power can be reduced and at the same time accidents at level crossings can be avoided.
