Renewal of Insurance Policies:

Discuss with concerned location/s and Update location addresses if required, addition and deletion of location at regular interval.

Update claim details project wise.

Taking policy as per the Contract i.e CAR Policy for the project.

What Risk are required as per the Contract, Add on Covers.

After receiving the quote, properly check up the quotes / Risks / Terms

& Conditions of the Policy as well as Coverage.

After finalizing the quote take approval from the Management.

While receiving the Policies proper check the Policy and ensure that all risk are properly insured as well as add on covers. Claims Management:

Handle all types of claims, i.e. CAR, Marine, Fire, Engineer, Health Claim, W.C / Employer’s, Motor, Shipping etc.

Obtain required details to register the claims from Site personal, inform to Insurer, appointment of Surveyor, documents submission to Surveyor after through checking and follow up with the Surveyor as well as from the Insurer also.

Ensure that claim get settled well within time
