Served as an integral member of the executive management team, creating, and leading a manufacturing division for this $15M privately held incandescent lighting company. Constructed transformation plans and establishing goals and corporate priorities. Tracked and analysed key risk metrics to identify areas of critical opportunity and potential cost savings, partnering with the operations team to eliminate or reduce losses through root cause analysis. Managed risk to drive corporate objectives in the areas of environment, health and safety, asset capability, quality, and production.

Accelerated production through capital and reliability improvements; identified and secured capital equipment (manual / CNC mills and lathes as well as powder / porcelain coating spray systems, ovens, drilling machines, surface grinders, band saws, and welding equipment).

Designed custom tooling and jigs for assemble and the machine shop. Introduced a light weigh material that was easy to machine and reduced the cost of a mold by 70% (material and cutting time), weight of a mold up to 100 pounds, removing the need and safety issues of a hoist.
